Step one:
First things first, you need to download the app from either the Apple or Google app store, and complete the sign up process by filling in your business details and connecting the app to your Google Business Profile.
If we’ve already sent you a username and password, we’ve already connected your business to the app, so all you need to do is log-in with the credentials we’ve provided.
HINT! - if you are signing up from scratch and the app can’t find your Google Business Profile, email our team on support@addreviews.co.uk and we will be able to help you!
Step two:
Personalise your review request wording, by going to the Personalisation setting within the app. Connect ALL of the relevant review platforms.
During set up, the app is connected to your Google Business Profile. But there’s another 5 potential review platforms that Add Reviews can connect with, so you can manage and display reviews from all your key channels in one place!
Hint - make sure you turn on all the notification channels, so we can send you new message notifications, new feature alerts and more.

Step three:
Once you’ve got the app set up perfectly for your business, it’s time to start sending some requests!
You can either use the in-app SMS channel, or you can quickly switch to sharing the review request through your phone’s own channels - WhatsApp, email and more!
Don’t send all your requests all at once, try different approaches by sending reviews in smaller batches to see what works best for you!

HINT! Why not send a video along with your request? Video is great way of adding a unique personal touch - either pre-record a standard video, save it in your video library and set it as a default which you use every time attach it; or, for an extra personal touch, record a video using a customer’s own name!
